When a choice qualifies, you can pay $79 for Access and handle the provider change yourself, or pay $299 for Concierge and get additional coordination. If nothing qualifies, there is no paid service to choose.

03 What you see before choosing
If a provider choice qualifies, ClosingCash shows the provider price, the difference from the matching Loan Estimate amount, and important quote terms.
The provider's name and contact details are included after you purchase Access Service or Concierge Service. A qualified choice is not available for every closing, and savings are not guaranteed.

I will handle the provider change
Get the names and contact details for every qualified provider choice, along with the organized price comparison, lender status, and quote terms. You select the provider and coordinate the change with your closing team. If another choice qualifies later for the same closing, its details are included without another Access Service fee.
Help me coordinate it
Get additional coordination with the provider and your lender or bank through the ClosingCash workflow. ClosingCash does not choose the provider, approve it for the lender, or make the change on your behalf. You decide which provider, if any, to use.

In this example, two services total $1,625 on the Loan Estimate. Provider pricing for the same services totals $1,175. The gross provider price difference is $450 before the ClosingCash fee and any change in final charges.

The $371 and $151 figures are simple illustrations: the $450 provider price difference minus the selected ClosingCash fee. They are not guaranteed savings. Provider prices, lender requirements, and final closing charges can change. Final savings are calculated from the matching charges on the Closing Disclosure, and any statement of the buyer's remaining benefit should also account for the ClosingCash fee.
A provider price difference is not the same as final savings.
